Carson has great feel on the basketball floor. She provided Kansas Elite with a lot of versatility on both ends of the court. Defensively, she can guard multiple positions, while working hard to end possessions with defensive rebounds. Offensively, Hadley can handle the ball well, and is a very good passer. She looks to share the ball and find open teammates both ahead in transition, and in the half court. She can operate in both the mid-range and on the perimeter as both a scorer and passer. Carson knows when to attack and has a knack for drawing fouls when driving to the basket. She was able to get the the foul line at a solid rate and convert at a high level. The De Soto product also provides her team with extra possessions thanks to her effort and desire. Hadley gets on the floor for loose balls and will fight to tie up opponents when they bring the ball down.
