I caught many talented players throughout the division and dedicated much time and effort to catch each team at least once at the event. I'll always give an HONEST evaluation on what I see on the court in an era where that isn't always the case from many, so let me start with my first team

Weaver was one of the best players I saw at the event, and on top of that, she's elevated her game since I saw her back in December at one of the Holiday Tournaments I cover. She masterfully ran the offense and created not only for herself, but her teammates. Her passes in transition were nice as she placed the ball where her teammates were heading, her midrange jumper was nice, as was her "stop and pop" in transition. She also played solid defense as well as the passing lane

Gaylor was playing up, yet you would never have known it because she's "poised under pressure" and watching her handle the ball as well as see the floor with heat being applied on her baseline to baseline, she did a good job. I also like watching her use a deceptive first step in the set to attack and score, or dish, but her being able to create her shot and drop it from outside was equally impressive, this includes the "catch and shoot" from deep

McCormick falls into that #sizedontmatter group, and it doesn't matter because she can play. She did a good job playing the combo and was effective at both the 1 and the 2 spot. Her court vision across the board was solid, she handled the ball under pressure, yet she also showed me the slight HEZ to attack and score or dish. She created her shot from outside and dropped it, which includes the "catch and shoot" from deep

Harris is way ahead of the game, and watching her do what she did while playing a few years up has me smiling. She gave me something different each time I watched her. Yeah, she's explosive off the dribble and finishes strongly after contact, but her crossover after rebounding and going coast to coast dropped the mic. She also applied "on the ball" pressure baseline to baseline

Isaac gave me a lot, especially during clutch situations, and let me start with her being an athletic guard who brings heat on both ends. Her "on the ball" pressure immediately grabbed my attention, her first step is nice, and her body control aided in her acrobatic finishes. She saw the floor well, she also showed the mid to long range, including the "catch and shoot" but her following her shots gets her the #THROWBACK hashtag

I caught many talented players throughout the division and dedicated much time and effort to catch each team at least once at the event. I'll always give an HONEST evaluation on what I see on the court in an era where that isn't always the case from many, so let me start with my first team
