is a tough, competitive combo guard who brings a physical edge and strong presence to the backcourt. At 5’6”, she plays bigger than her size, using strength, effort, and instincts to impact the game on both ends.
Offensively, Weaver is at her best when attacking. She shows the ability to get downhill, absorb contact, and finish through traffic. Her game is built on effort and aggressiveness, and she can create opportunities by putting pressure on the defense. As she continues to develop her perimeter consistency and shot selection, she becomes even more dangerous as a scoring threat.
Weaver’s defensive motor stands out. She competes, stays active, and doesn’t shy away from physical play. She has the ability to disrupt opposing guards, apply ball pressure, and contribute with rebounds from the guard position. Her toughness and willingness to do the gritty work make her valuable in winning situations.

I first caught Weaver in 2024 at the PGH Duel of the Dynasty event. Her playmaking abilities and feel for the game caught my attention then, and she’s steady improving with the potential to be top ten in Texas. Weaver’s passing is precise as she sees her teammates before they even know they’re open. When she chooses to take it on her own, she has a solid mid range jumper.

Weaver was one of the best players I saw at the event, and on top of that, she’s elevated her game since I saw her back in December at one of the Holiday Tournaments I cover. She masterfully ran the offense and created not only for herself, but her teammates. Her passes in transition were nice as she placed the ball where her teammates were heading, her midrange jumper was nice, as was her “stop and pop” in transition. She also played solid defense as well as the passing lane

Weaver caught the eyes of my colleagues on the PGH Circuit, I usually cover the older teams yet she played in a couple of age groups so I briefly saw her. Well at the #Super64, I had a very good look see evaluation here yet watching Weaver weave through traffic and go by defenders to score off the dribble had me smiling. Her court vision looked good, so did her defense

#7-Weaver grabbed the attention of my PGH Texas colleagues @PlayerRIMedies first and then @GoCoachMo and based on their keen eyes, I knew I had to add her to the Watchlist yet I didn’t know what number to put beside her name until I saw her, which I did at the Super 64 and let me say this, with her ability to change direction going full speed to either attack the basket and score or drop the “stop and pop” jumper, there’s no telling where she’ll land on the list by the time she’s a senior

Weaver left a lasting first impression after catching her on the PGH Circuit with her club team at Duel For The Dynasty. She made the All-Tournament squad and with her having the right last name as she weaved around opponents with ease yet as good as she looked, I’m even more impressed with her upside because she goes hard on both ends and can change the momentum at the blink of an eye

Weaver is a “long and athletic” guard which is also the base and she is probably first player I have seen make All Tournament in 2 age divisions since I’ve been covering for PGH. Her “on the ball” defense immediately stood out as well as her court vision as she threaded the needle from 20 feet away. Her midrange was nice, so was her long range especially when she showed me she could “catch and shoot” it from deep
