Player Bio

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a versatile player. I can run a nice fast break from the point, have a quick release on my three point shot, and can go inside and post up. I average around 8 rebounds and at least 10 points a game. I like to push the ball and fast break, am a solid ball handler and I am strong in the post. I have a high basketball IQ and my teammates trust me.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am extremely driven and work as hard as I can at all times on and off the court. I have a pretty laid back personality, am a calming factor on the court but also am intense and I get excited when my team does something well. I will do whatever it takes to win and am a positive leader and teammate on the floor.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a 4.0 student and have received scholar athlete awards in both volleyball and basketball season my freshman year.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I enjoy working with children and have been a volunteer coach for Little Dribblers, a K-2nd grade introduction to basketball program at my school. I have volunteered to do landscaping at our local skate park and gardens.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

In January of my 8th grade year, I earned a starting spot on the high school varsity basketball team at my school. In the third quarter of my first varsity start , I dislocated my knee. I tore my MPFL and broke a significant part of my knee cap cartilage loose. It was one of the most bittersweet days of my life. I worked hard for over a year to recover. My goal is to be the best on my team.
