Jayla was incredibly strong in the post, despite being undersized. She consistently overpowered taller opponents to secure critical offensive and defensive rebounds. Many of her boards directly led to second-chance scoring opportunities and immediate points for her team. She scored consistently off crisp assists from Samantha and, overall, proved to be an absolute force to be reckoned with on both ends of the floor.

Luna was a pleasant surprise as she used her frame on both ends of the court. When you factor in that she rebounded, also on both ends, and ran the floor, all are pluses, yet things kept being added because she goes AFTA the ball off the rim, DESIRE is something you can’t teach. Her interior defense looked good; she also stepped outside the paint to guard her man, and she scored both around the basket and off the dribble
