August is all about the awards. While top prospects are resting and regrouping from the season – let's hope that's what they're doing! – we're busy recapping all of the great stuff we watched throughout the 2025 AAU season. Last week we brought you a new category of awards – Prep Girls Hoops Most Valuable Duos – as Ally McGinnis delivered three installments on the terrific twosomes. Today we offer you the fourth chapter – Most Valuable Duos in the Class of 2026.

MOST VALUABLE DUO

[player_tooltip player_id='252381' first='Maddyn' last='Greenway'] & [player_tooltip player_id='471360' first='Mya' last='Moore'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan'] EYBL

There is no doubt that the Tartan duo made their mark this AAU season. It's not like this is anything new, either. While both have already made their college commitments, Maddyn (Kentucky) and Mya (Creighton) brought countless eyes to the court to watch some of Minnesota's highest level prospects. Greenway's is a name basketball observers from coast to coast are familiar with. Rated 11th nationally in the ESPN rankings for the class of 2026, the Providence Academy senior-to-be commit is an ultra-competitive offensive dynamo. Her elite athleticism, ability to score efficiently at every level, and non-stop motor on both ends of the floor often make for a lethal combo. As she proved in her stint with Team USA in Europe, she can also be highly versatile when required.

Moore, a 5'10 point guard from Orono, brings a combination of finesse, superb athleticism, and a polished skillset to the floor. Mya's length and motor contribute to her skills as a disruptive perimeter defender. The top 5 prospect in Minnesota's class of 2026 is committed to play for Creighton University in Omaha next fall. She was outstanding from start to finish in 2025. In Maddyn's overseas absence, Moore was nothing short of stellar. In a typical class Mya would have a shot at the 1st-overall ranking but, of course, the 2026s have been anything but average. Following their Minnesota AAU State Championship victory and appearance at Nike Nationals, the pair will now move on to their final season at the high school level.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

[player_tooltip player_id='205310' first='Tori' last='Oehrlein'] & [player_tooltip player_id='502561' first='Marta' last='Forsline'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712700' first='Minnesota' last='Suns'] P40

What can be written about Oehrein that hasn't already been said. At this point is obvious: Tori is one of the best to ever grace a high school court in Minnesota and has a chance to become the state's all-time leading scorer before she's done. The Crosby-Ironton guard does it all. She's long and athletic and as intelligent as they come. She sees everything, makes exceptional choices on the floor, and can score any which way you want. She also happens to be one of the top defenders in the state.

In recent years, Tori combined with former Suns forward Lila Posthuma who is now entering her sophomore season at D1 Bradley University and Olivia Pawlicki who's in year two at Colorado State. A year ago it wasn't clear who would take their place. Enter Miss Forsline. If you saw our story about the 2026 Breakout Player of the Year (click here if you'd like to read it) then you already know just how great Marta was this season. The Suns had a great season and the way these two worked together was a huge reason why.

[player_tooltip player_id='515676' first='Samantha' last='Voll'] & [player_tooltip player_id='458305' first='Audrey' last='Shindelar'] – [program_tooltip program_id='712687' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] UAA

Composed of one long-time member of the club and one newcomer, the duo of Fury 2026 guards brought the excitement all season long. Voll, a point guard from Monticello, delivered her A-game week in and week out. With a tight handle, stellar court vision, and dynamic scoring, Sam made a major impact for the Fury this summer. She received well-deserved accolades on the UAA Circuit for her incredible efficiency. After receiving numerous Division 1 offers, Voll announced her commitment to the University of St. Thomas earlier this month.

Shindelar, a standout guard from Stewartville, has been a staple of the Fury 2026 roster for several seasons after beginning her AAU career with their Southern Minnesota affiliate. With tremendous speed and athleticism and a silky-smooth pull-up jumper, the top 10 ranked prospect was a consistent contributor all season long. The 6-foot guard brought offensive firepower, leadership, and defensive energy week after week. Audrey is committed to play for South Dakota State one year from now.

PGH scout Ally McGinnis contributed to this story.
