<p>This past Saturday, the Hidden Valley Fieldhouse hosted the Prep Girls Hoops Expo. Over 80 girls showed up to compete in both 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 games to show what they've got. We're going team-by-team to analyze each player at the event, continuing here with Team 2.</p>

<p>Lefty guard who showed she can go either way on drives and was a strong finisher from either side of the hoop. Was aggressive getting downhill and attacking gaps, and was a big factor in helping her team get paint touches and play inside-out. Also shot the three-ball well and showed a diverse offensive game.</p>

<p>Smart point guard who sets her teammates up at a high level. Was strong working through bodies around the paint, played off two feet, changed speeds, and was able to power through grabs and swipes. Did well to finish strong and from various angles inside and is poised in traffic to make quick decisions and find teammates in space.</p>

<p>Did a good job staying engaged off the ball, hustling in transition, and getting her hands up in passing lanes. Was also pretty effective finding some passes off her drives, can get downhill, and showed a good-looking shot from 3-point range.</p>

<p>Fundamentally sound player who showed she can hit shots from different levels. Picked her spots well, was a key floor spacer, and made good decisions with the ball. Had good positioning on the defensive end to help clog the paint from the help side, and overall played with good court awareness.</p>

<p>Guard with some size who was super effective in the paint and used her size and strength well to finish inside. Good patience with the ball, used her pivots well to find space, and utlilized her size to create some space or finish through contact. Showed good poise with the rock, played at her pace, and showed she can step out and knock down the outside shot.</p>

<p>Showed some promising skills for a player of her size, starting off with some good defensive rotations and a hunger to rebound outside her area. Has some potential to get the rebound and go, as well as pick out some key passes in transition. Made some strong contested boards too, and has good instincts to go high point the ball.</p>

<p>Taller wing who showed she can play inside and along the perimeter. Used her size and physicality to play angles inside and go up strong through contact. Also did a good job utilizing pick-and-rolls, making quick reads, and getting downhill to the hoop.</p>

<p>Tall post who used her size well to get quick posts inside, catch with depth so she can make a quick move and go up, and was excellent at reposting or sealing on reversals. Showed off some strong hands to catch tough passes, rip down rebounds, and play through swipes. Did some good work on the offensive boards to earn some tough second-chance points.</p>

<p>Skilled and versatile player who brings a lot to the floor. Handles the ball exceptionally well for her size, can attack gaps, plays with her eyes up, and made some great extra passes in the half and transition. Defends the rim well, can stick with guards on the perimeter, and was a factor on both ends in transition.</p>
