There isn't a shortage of players with a little bit of size and ability to play inside. Here are a few players in the class of 2026 who are forwards who have yet to commit but have the talent to make an impact at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='789054' first='Danielle' last='Garner'], Wasatch

Garner has been a player who has been great running the floor, and she has improved that aspect of her game as she is one of the best rim-running forwards in the state, helping herself get easy opportunities by simply getting out ahead of the pack. That rim running also opens things up for her teammates as they get more space to work with her, bringing a defender down to take her at the rim. She has a soft touch around the basket and has been able to work on her shooting, and she still has room to improve.

[player_tooltip player_id='922382' first='Ella' last='Creer'], Copper Hills

Creer is probably the most versatile forward on this list, as she has a perimeter game, and you have to defend her out in the perimeter. That is one value that she brings to the floor, as she is a space creator simply with her shooting ability. Creer is a player who will only get better at the college level.

[player_tooltip player_id='849040' first='Lave' last='Holdcraft'], Lone Peak

Holdcraft is a ball of energy, and when you pair that up with her strength and elite motor, you have a player who is going to make an impact on a team right off the bat. Holdcraft has worked on her offensive skill set, and you will see more points being scored from her this coming season. On the other side of the ball, she is a lockdown defender who could erase someone from the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='796847' first='Jessica' last='Maynard'], Mountain Ridge

Maynard is a lengthy forward who has a knack for rebounding the ball. Her length nd lateral movement on defense let her defend out in the perimeter. She can use her length to bother smaller guards, and she is one of the better inside presence shot blockers. Look for Maynard to be among the top double-double type players this season as she can score and rebound with the best of them.

[player_tooltip player_id='789079' first='Ella' last='Oeser'], Skyridge

Oeser will be out for the season, but she is a strong forward who often demands a double team. She will be a steal once she gets healthy again.

[player_tooltip player_id='796817' first='Presley' last='Whiting'], Cedar Valley

Whiting is a sleeper pick-up because she has a solid 15-footer, and she knows how to use her strengths off the dribble. And her activity on the glass is impressive. Whiting is a must-watch!
