Ava Marques - 5'10, Small Forward, Hocker Groove Middle School

Ava is a forward with great length, speed and athleticism at the forward position. She shows the ability to handle consistently when attacking the basket and also in transition. Shooting ability is there and should get better over time. Marques rebounds well and uses her length to her advantage on the defensive end.

One aspect of her game that sets her apart from other forwards is her ability to stretch the defense with her shooting. She shows good form and technique within her jump shot which will allow her to continue becoming a consistent shooter.
