MLK Tournament Championship Game: Whitehaven and White Station

Both teams came into the championship game with undefeated records.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Whitehaven had White Station down by as many as 17 points early in the 3rd. However, White Station would not go away. They chipped the deficit to 2 before losing by 3 points.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Whitehaven has a veteran squad. The championship game was her best offensive game I've seen by her. She is so athletic and plays so fast. She can get off the floor quickly. 2) I didn't know she could score away from the basket. Kendall does a lot for White Station. She starts the game as their primary ball handler. She can get to the basket at will and will shoot the 3 ball. She knocked down a big three in the MLK Championship game that brought the game within 2 points. She will play off the ball and in the high post area where she will take the short jumper. She'll move to the block extended area to post up a smaller guard or for a turnaround jumper over a big.
