Redman has been solid in her first season as part of the Laconia rotation. She has been a reliable part of the Spartans' backcourt and has made plays in the high-profile non-conference schedule her team has played thus far in the 2025-26 season. Her ability to handle the ball and make plays off the dribble opens the offense, and being paired in the backcourt with the player she is with will help extract the best out of her. In the two years the Laconia backcourt will play together, they'll be one of the top ones in small-school basketball.
