[player_tooltip player_id="90165" first="Madison" last="Ontjes"], G, 2020, Nickerson
A spot-up shooter who can make plays on the perimeter and connect from 3-point range. She is a smart and seasoned player who adds experience and hustle and is also comfortable in her role and does whatever is needed. Ontjes scored eight points against Buhler.
Riley Porter, 5’5, G, 2020, Piper
Another defensive-first player who can play inside and outside despite being a smaller guard. She can collapse on the ball and handle it some and also has the ability to score at times from 3-point range. A tough player.
Emily Schmidt, 5’3, G, 2020, Buhler
Another guard for Buhler who looks to add to the quickness of the team. Schmidt passes well and has good vision and can score. She is listed at 5’3, but like teammate Haley Miller, Schmidt looks to be aware of spacing and where she can make an impact.
Emma Serrano, 5’8, G, 2020, Piper
Another player who can hit shots, run the floor and make some moves on the defensive ends of the floor. She’s athletic and pushes the tempo and is a good team-player who passes well and moves off the ball. Serrano had eight points against Baldwin and showed good hustle and movement.
[player_tooltip player_id="121767" first="Peyton" last="Suther"], 5’9, G/F, 2020, Chapman
A nice guard who can play physical around the perimeter and inside around the free throw line. She looks to follow the ball and has a way of coming up with steals. She gets the ball to the lead guard and then runs up the floor and looks for an uncontested transition bucket.
Evelyn Vasquez, 5’5, G, 2021, Piper
A nice on-ball defender who can play hard and stay in front of the ball. She is quick, wiry and looks to tip away the ball and get easy baskets off her full-court defensive effort. Also a good ball handler and creative player who pushes the tempo and gets up the floor.
