The Northeast Ohio region is very talented in the 2021 class, as college coaches look to continue to add to their roster, plenty of talented players are available who will contribute your programs. <span style="font-size: 18pt"><strong>Northeast Ohio key 2021 players- part 4</strong></span> <strong>Allison Lacher, 6-0 Marlington</strong> Smooth wing with a strong game in the paint. Can score against taller defender, not afraid of contact. Solid on the boards, can rebound well with good court vision to open a break. Solid post defender, good hands and able to make things happen with a varsity of moves around the rim. Seals her defender and can score, or get to the line. Physically strong and able to control the ball against the defender. <strong>Carly Spradling, 6-0 Canal Fulton Northwest (2022)</strong> Excellent forward with the ability to score with great footwork at the rim, great catch and shoot at the rim. Matches up well with the opposing post and defends well. Quick, active hands, able to pressure the ball and creates havoc. Good body control and can run the floor well. <em>It was brought to my attention after publication that Spradling is a 2022, and is definitely one of the top sophomores in the region. </em> <strong>Rachel Neer, 5-8 Ravenna Southeast</strong> Moves well, and a multi sport athlete. Long athletic guard who can elevate well and score from the perimeter. Good box out discipline can rebound and is aggressive on both sides of the ball. Can attack her defender and create for a scoring opportunity. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="159032" first="Emma" last="Elia"], 5-5 Struthers</strong> Great handles from her guard spot, able to push north-south and score on the break. Emma<strong><span style="font-size: 10pt"> </span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt">is e</span>xplosive to the rim in a half court setting, can get by defenders for the layup. Reads the defense well, moves to the rim and scores. Excellent range deep beyond the three, smooth shooter with good form and extension. Can score on the floater with good control. Can score at the rim with either hand. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91112" first="Grace" last="Mills"], 5-8 Garrettsville Garfield</strong> Solid combo guard with good floor sense and able to push the ball in transtion. Clutch player with good skills, Great anticipation skills which she turns into transition scoring chances. Finishes at the rim vs a defender. Knows the game with a good basketball IQ, can find the open player for the better shot. Solid midrange pull-up jumper.
