Friday morning, Prep Girls Hoops Indiana posted the Winter update for the Class of 2026. Typically accompanying updates are articles highlighting players on the move, newcomers, and just all-around general information regarding each position group. Below is a look at the top centers in the state of Indiana, followed by some commentary on a handful of uncommitted prospects who have played well since the Fall update.

.

[player_tooltip player_id='1256480' first='Aubrey' last='Irwin'], Franklin Central H.S.
- In a class short on size, Aubrey could be a nice option for several small colleges. She has a solid to strong frame, broad shoulders, plus long arms and legs that make her look even taller than she is. She can alter several shots inside of 15-feet because of her height/length combination, plus she works to establish position on the block and to box out. You can't teach 6-3, plus she plays with a nice motor at both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='928917' first='Jayonna' last='Flotow'], Fort Wayne North Side H.S.
- Jayonna has been a part of a struggling team throughout her high school career, but no matter what, she has always played hard and done whatever she can to affect winning. This season, she is averaging 9.3 points, 10.7 rebounds, and a whopping 7.2 blocked shots per contest. She has even made nine 3-pointers, which is a completely new part of her game. She is long, wiry, and bouncy, and she has tremendous small college upside.

[player_tooltip player_id='1266853' first='Joslyn' last='Chesser'], Silver Creek H.S.
- Joslyn is another interesting frontline prospect who I think small colleges are missing out on. She has a strong frame, solid shoulders, some length, and she's willing to be physical inside. At the same time, while she's a physical defender/rebounder, offensively she likes to face the basket and knock down jumpers when open. She has shown range to the 3-point line, but she still pursues offensive rebounds from that distance.

[player_tooltip player_id='1357836' first='Kaila' last='Leath'], Tindley Accelerated H.S.
- Kaila is a highly intriguing post prospect who is very under-the-radar. She has good size at close to 6-3 now, she has some length, good strength, and she runs the floor North/South with effort. She keeps the ball high and has noticeably worked on her hands and post skill around the block. She is still most comfortable inside the paint, and she's a nice defensive presence, as she alters many shots. She transferred in from Scecina this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='928896' first='Rebekah' last='Arnold'], Bloomington H.S. South
- On some other teams, Rebekah might be more of a focal point. However, the Panthers are talented and deep, so she adds size in more of a depth role. She has a solid to strong, athletic frame, with some length. She runs the floor well, plays hard, and is a nice presence in the paint defensively...she's a solid rebounder. Offensively, Rebekah prefers to play more of a traditional post role with her back to the basket.
