We will take some time to identify our Top Power Forwards in the 2021 Rankings we just released earlier in the month, which will give coaches a starting point in their recruiting campaigns. We will help you to find kids that fit your programs and can help your institution thrive and possibly win, which is essential to build programs at the college level.
#1: 2021, 6'4, PF, Harvard Westlake HS, [player_tooltip player_id="49223" first="Okikiola" last="Iriafen"] - All around athlete, highly athletic, very skilled, tenacious rebounder and just a menace on the court for anyone trying to guard her. High Major talent for sure, shoots the ball out to the free throw line, skilled with left or right over the shoulder post play. This kid is one of the toughest defenders as well and plays with a very high IQ for the game. Always makes the right play and is still growing in my opinion.
#4: 2021, 6'1, PF, Bishop Montgomery HS, [player_tooltip player_id="49226" first="Khylee" last="Pepe"] - Khylee is impressive because her approach to the game, when it comes to being a winner for her team and a consistent leader. She has a college body right now and is one of the most physical players on the court in our opinion. She can create matchup problems for bigs, because she can handle the rock and shoot it with consistency. She is gonna be special this season coming up.
#5: 2021, 6'5, PF, Rolling Hills Prep HS, [player_tooltip player_id="49227" first="Clarice" last="Akunwafo"] - is another developing big with great upside in her future. She has a very solid body type, meaning she has a college body rigtht now. She has great finishing abilities under the rim, tough and aggressive as a center on the floor. She is a bully down low and her high school puts her at the top of the press to make you throw the ball over her for a steal. Clarice is still learning to finish thru contact and sometimes need to learn how to throw back out of the double-team.
#27: 2021, 6'1, PF, Mater Dei HS, [player_tooltip player_id="102665" first="Meaali'i" last="Amosa"] - is a big presence in the paint, she takes up space and moves people when she is scoring the ball. She can seal front or back, she can finish thru contact with no problems, almost taking the defensive person up with her when she scores. Shot blocker, changes shots from opponents coming into the paint, which makes her dangerous on defense.
#59: 2021, 6'1, PF, Ridge View HS, [player_tooltip player_id="102693" first="Jordan" last="Francisco"] - Jordan is a monster in the paint, she can rebound with the best of them, she can start the break, she can finish thru contact at the rim as well. Her agility was impressive, she took her defender off the dribble at will, but her best attribute to the game we saw was her ability to rebound and find her teammates, high IQ kid here, coaches take a good look at this one. Major upside.
