Nelson did a good job of moving through the paint without the ball and cutting back door on less experienced defenders. She also demonstrated her ability to shoot over taller defenders with a set of back to back floaters in the first half.

In the second half, she showed off her passing ability, throwing a pass that split two defenders as they switched a screen and hit the roller in her hand to lead her teammate into and open layup inside.
