Lapsley maybe one of the more underrated guards in her class as showed just how versatile she is in transition both scoring and distributing the ball with success and high regularity. She did not have the chance in this setting to call and execute plays, something she will have to do at Buford, but I have seen her do that well in the past. Defensively, no one played harder and applied more on ball pressure than Jelena. She is a tough kid who had not problem initiating contact handling the basketball, finishing at the rim, or battling for rebounds against bigger players in the paint.
