Rebecca Fugate Rebecca Fugate CG Holly | 2019 State MI :
There’s not just one particular game I’m looking forward to this season, I’m looking forward to all of them. I think it’s really going to be a fun and successful year for the whole team.
Question:
What would you tell a kid trying to have the success in basketball that you’ve had?
Rebecca Fugate Rebecca Fugate CG Holly | 2019 State MI :
A huge thing that helped me throughout basketball was that I wasn’t going to allow anyone work harder than I do. I would tell anyone that is looking to have success in basketball and potentially looking to play in college is that in basketball, and really all sports, you have to make sacrifices. Sometimes you would rather be doing something else when you are at the gym shooting or working out, but those sacrifices are 100% worth it if you get the chance to play after High School because of the sacrifices you made.
