The Freshman Showcase was our first opportunity to see Pallansch in action. Standing at 6-foot-1, the Royalton freshman is a true post player with plenty of size and strength. While she wasn’t necessarily the quickest player in the gym, Megan has plenty of tools to work with. On offense she showcased a nice post seal on the block, steady hands, and an innate ability for recognizing double teams and quickly getting the ball to an open teammate. On the defensive side, the Minnesota Comets post provided a physical presence down low, playing aggressive defense as she worked to keep her opponents out of the paint.
