Sophie suited up for Bingham JV this weekend and showed plenty of upside in her game. Defensively, she was consistently finding her way into passing lanes and disrupting the offense, creating problems even when she wasn’t coming away with the steal. On the other end, she made the defense pay when it gave her space, knocking down multiple threes and showing the confidence to take the open shot. She already has some strong pieces to build on and could develop into an impactful player for the Miners once she reaches high school.
