Prospects Making Noise: A1 Hoops Fall League Pt. 2

The energy was high, and several players made sure their performances wouldn't go unnoticed. From dynamic scoring and play-making to relentless impact plays on both ends of the floor, this weekend housed plenty of talent from across the upstate. While plenty of players had strong moments, a select group consistently separated themselves from the pack. The freshman point guard showed a little bit of everything in a run away victory for her BBB squad. She played solid defense, got some nice steals that she converted on the opposite end, and found her teammates on several occasions. While she was not the primary weapon for her squad she still made several plays that showcased why she can play up several age groups.     A promising 2028 prospect who likes to get to the cup, Heaven played a great compliment to her other teammates today. She was at her best when driving right through the teeth of the defense, earning points and trips to the free throw line. One of the quickest players on the floor at all times, the opposing team had trouble keeping her out of the paint. She created double digit opportunities for her Greer teammates to knock down outside shots Saturday.     A solid stretch 4 for the Wren Hurricanes, Hailey continues to improve each week. Hovering around 6' she is very comfortable on the outside and stretching the floor for her teammates. In the interior she showed off the capability to change and alter shots, as well as some advanced footwork around the cup. Coming off a challenging spring and summer, she looks poised to help her Wren squad to a solid season.     The best player on the floor Saturday can do it all. She jumped in multiple passing lanes and then went coast to coast through traffic on the way to a smooth double double for Wren. Her shooting touch looked buttery Saturday and it's clear that she is the catalyst for her team. Reagan sets the tone and tempo on both ends, while still playing unselfish team basketball in the process.     The surprise player of the day goes to Seniyah Jackson. The 6'0 freshman center runs the floor, is active on defense, and can score comfortably around the rim. As a player that is relatively raw in her development she has all the early signs of a player with a high ceiling. For the day she was one of the best interior players all around. She is ready to produce for the Wren varsity squad this year after spending her 8th grade year on JV.
