Expert Analysis
Mike Benson | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Neis is a nice player (pun intended). She came off of the bench and immediately brought the energy and positively affected the game. I watched a game where she came in off of the bench and scored 11 points, including three made three-point baskets. This type of firepower is a luxury to have from a role player. She finds gaps against zone defenses and has her feet and hands ready for the drive and kick. On top of her stellar offensive play, Mya is a formidable defender. Look for an increased role this season from the 5’7 guard.
