About Sophia
Expert Analysis
Mike Benson | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Sophia was a starter on last season’s Four Winds team as just a freshmen. She competed hard and showed continuous improvement throughout the season. She is long, lanky, and has good hands. She is tough in the pick-and-roll and catches passes on the run and finishes at the basket. She is also good in the dunker position. She keeps her hands ready, slides to the open gaps for dump off passes, or she occupies defenses to allow for driving lanes for her teammates.
