Expert Analysis
Jon Orr | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
McAuliffe’s decision-making with the ball in her hands goes beyond finding the next pass. She uses each possession to guide her teammates into the right offense, set, or action. Her command of pace and tempo allows her to organize the group and get everyone moving with purpose. Pair that with her understanding of each player’s assignment, and McAuliffe becomes an extension of the head coach, directing the offense with a clear understanding of how the pieces fit together.
