Laconia finished the conference first last season with an 11-1 record. The team was led by First Conference selections Haley Rens Haley Rens 5'4" | CG LaConia | 2021 State WI and Lexy Smit. The two seniors will look to lead their teams to another top spot in the conference. Junior Molly Johannes will be a key player again this year. She earned Honorable Mention last season.
Winnebago Lutheran finished second in conference play with a 10-2 record. The team was led by Player Of The Year and First Team selection Geneva Hewitt Geneva Hewitt 5'8" | PG Winnebago Lutheran Lutheran | 2021 State WI . She led the conference in scoring with 15.4 points per game. She will be accompanied this season by sophomore Kiara Shea Kiara Shea 5'3" | PG Winnebago Lutheran | 2023 WI who earned Second Team and senior Kaylee Frey Kaylee Frey 5'11" | SF Winnebago Lutherano Lutheran | 2021 WI who was chosen as Honorable Mention. Shae finished second on the team in scoring with 9.3 points per game- she will be a key offensive force for her team this season. Winnebago Lutheran will look for big minutes from Frey as she is an impact player in the lane. While being dominant on the glass, Frey showed glimpses of her high level defense last season.
North Fond Du Lac finished third in conference play with a 7-5 record. The team was led by graduate Rebecca Kingsland who unanimously earned First Team. Junior Bree Rock will be back to compete this season and will be a key player for success on both ends. She earned second team. Alexys Schneider also added some key minutes for this team last season and will be looked to play a bigger leadership role as a senior.
St. Mary’s Springs finished fourth in the conference with a 6-6 record. The team will look to make a bigger splash this season with returning junior Isabelle Coon. She earned Second Team last season and led her team on both ends. She will have a larger leadership role as the team lost two impact seniors. Sydney Pitz will be a key guard in the backcourt of this team as well. As a freshman last season she averaged 7.5 points, 2 assists and 3 steals per game. She added some confidence to her game late in the season and hit some pretty impressive three point baskets.

Makayla Konrad Makayla Konrad 6'0" | SF Mayville | 2021 WI | Mayville | Senior | 6’0 F
Konrad finished second on her team in scoring and first in rebounding. While averaging 10.3 points per game Konrad proved how high energy and efficient she can be on the floor. She’s a dominant post player with the ability to handle pressure and finish strong at the rim. She uses the glass well and uses an effective pivot on the block. Defensively, Konrad is intimating in the lane and alters many shots just by her presence and length. Look for her to take more risks offensively this season as her confidence should be high after such an successful junior season.
Isabelle Coon | St. Mary’s Springs | Junior | 5’9 G
Coon finished her sophomore season averaging 10 points per game. She has a lanky frame, but it provides her with a great ability to get into the lane and finish contested layups. She is very aggressive in fast break situations, and she’s very good at driving downhill with a full head of steam. Coon can stretch the floor and is a nightmare for defensive spacing because she can really see the court. Her vision is very advanced; she can make effortless long outlet passes, and fits well in the fast paced system that her team runs. She has also become quite the lockdown defender- a two way player who will be tough to stop if taken lightly.
Bree Rock | North Fond Du Lac | Junior | 5’6 PG
Rock has a high ceiling for the game and continues to add more versatility on the court. She finished second on her team in scoring as a sophomore by averaging 9.3 points per game. She has range far behind the arc and finished with nearly 50 made three point baskets last season. She is a highly explosive guard that can put on a show any given night. She is the energizer for this squad. She is a springy athlete that is fantastic in the open court.
Geneva Hewitt Geneva Hewitt 5'8" | PG Winnebago Lutheran Lutheran | 2021 State WI | Winnebago Lutheran | Senior | 5’8 PG
Hewitt is a three level scorer who will be essential to her teammates this season. She’s a high energy guard who is super athletic and well developed. Her handles are tight and composed- making her so difficult to defend. She is a threat on both ends of the floor. A menace defensively, Hewitt grabbed 77 steals last season. At 5’8, she also blocked an impressive 28 shots.
Haley Rens Haley Rens 5'4" | CG LaConia | 2021 State WI | Laconia | Senior | 5’4 G
Rens finished second in the conference last season for scoring. She averaged nearly 13 points per game and was incredibly consistent on the offensive end. She is a sniper from behind the arc. Her stroke is smooth and quick- she finished with 56 made three point shots during her junior year. She’s lightning quick and has the footwork to finish strong in the lane against contact. She does well drawing the foul as well. Rens proved to have tremendous court vision and ability to find her teammates on a dime- she averaged 3.6 assists per game.
