Over the past few days, we looked at some upperclassmen and underclassmen to see what this coming high school basketball season will bring. Today, we will look at some juniors for coaches to watch. The 2028 class has plenty of top-end talent, and there's depth. Let's look at some interesting prospects in the 2028 class, and we'll describe some of them this afternoon.

The Hudson native is a physical wing who can defend wings and forwards on any given possession. Bartz has also grown as a scorer on the other end. She moves well without the ball and can play through contact around the basket. I also like her passing. She catches the ball in the high post and makes reads on defenses well. Bartz improved the last few seasons and could be an intriguing prospect for scholarship programs.

The West Salem native is a post player who can compete against any post player around the basket. Hendrickson has the tools to be a double-double player and set a tone around the basket on both ends of the floor. The West Salem native also has the confidence to step out and knock down perimeter jumpers any time she's left alone. She is a kid I will be interested to see what interest she gets from schools at the next level.

The Pius XI guard is an excellent athlete who can make winning plays. Shill is willing to put her body on the line to help her team win. She is comfortable playing off the ball and will find ways to make things happen in an off-ball role. She is an excellent rebounding guard who crashes the glass and boxes out in the paint. Offensively, she has grown as a driver and shown she can use her speed and physicality to make plays around the rim. She has the athletic tools to be a game changer anytime she steps on the floor.

The Laconia native is a skilled combo guard who can thrive in either backcourt role. Redman is a talented kid who can handle the ball under pressure and beat her initial defender off the dribble. Redman also has a reliable floater she can utilize when she sees length around the basket. I also like her ability to play off the ball and space the floor. Her length also allows her to be an intriguing perimeter defender and could continue developing.

Subscribing doesn't change who the Scout covers, it changes who gets to see it.
