Here we are at week 4 of the high school season. The basketball community here in Missouri has already been treated to some outstanding individual and team performances. Now we introduce a few new faces to the PGH circle. These are unranked players that have stepped up for their teams so far this season and have played above expectations. So take a look at some of the newcomers on the block!

<em><strong>Kianna Herrera Ι 5’11" PF Ι Benton</strong></em>
The 2022 forward has gotten herself off to a solid start this season. Out the gate, she started with three straight double-doubles and shot a scorching 50% from three and 53% from the field. Kianna has a nice perimeter game as she is able to score at all three levels. She can handle like a guard and scores the ball well in the post with either hand.

<em><strong>Mackenzie Duff Ι 5’9" PF Ι Nerinx Hall</strong></em>
The 2021 forward has started the season off hot. Through 4 games she is pouring in 24ppg and shooting 64% from the floor. Mackenzie plays with herself and scores in a variety of ways in the painted area. She is a solid rebounder and defender, who can rebound and start the break.

<em><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="234532" first="Jessie" last="Blaine"] Ι 5’11" SF Ι St. Dominic</strong></em>
The Auburn softball commits transferred to Missouri from Orange County, California this fall. With high school sports on hold, Jessie found a home at St. Dominic’s. The 2021 Post Forward has hit the ground running in the St. Louis area. Through 6 games she has scored 140pts; averaging 23ppg. Jessie is a tough post forward that plays within herself. She scores at will in the paint with either hand. She is a terrific rebounder as she is averaging 14rebs and shooting 45% from the floor.
