D1 Quarterfinal Predictions

The quarterfinals of the state playoffs are here! It’s that time ---- The winner’s to the Breslin Center! The games will take place on April 5th. Here are your matchups, key players, and my predictions. <h2>Division 1</h2> <h3>Wayne Memorial vs. Temperance Bedford</h3> LOCATION @ West Bloomfield KEY PLAYERS <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="27968" first="Alana" last="Micheaux"] (2021, PF, Wayne Memorial)</strong> Micheaux is an ELITE post player and virtually impossible to contain. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="253595" first="Grace" last="Ryan"] (2022, F, Temperance Bedford)</strong> Ryan has shown a high basketball IQ and steady play. PREDICTION Both these teams are solid in the paint so whoever establishes themselves there will have a huge advantage. It could come down to all the athletes on the perimeter that Wayne Memorial brings to the table. I’ve been very high on East Lansing this year, but I think the depth, versatility, and shooting of Hudsonville pushes them forward.
