(Up from No. 15) The breakout stretch that I’ve been predicting for over a year now has finally come to fruition as Moore vacuumed up nine D-I offers by the end of July. Moore’s ceiling is one of the highest in the class with her length, athleticism and scoring touch. When Brooke is aggressive, she’s the best player on the floor 9 times out of 10.

Brooke is a game-changer on defense with her ability to protect the rim and also jump passing lanes. On offense, Moore has shown flashes of being a playmaker with her passing. She’s a smooth slasher and a good shooter off the dribble with three-point range. Moore’s tools are as good as anyone’s in 2023.
