<b>MVP</b><b>: [player_tooltip player_id="153382" first="Kaylea" last="Baisden"] - Tug Valley - 2022 - Guard</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="153382" first="Kaylea" last="Baisden"] was by far the top performer in class single “A” during the State Tournament. Averaging 25ppg and leading Tug Valley to a State Championship. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="153404" first="Josie" last="Montgomery"] - Calhoun County - 2022 - Guard</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="153404" first="Josie" last="Montgomery"]’s leadership helped Calhoun County get past their quarterfinal matchup pretty easily. Montgomery averaged 17.5 points in her two games before being defeated by 2nd seed Cameron.</span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="153421" first="Sydney" last="Baird"] - Webster County - 2022 - Guard</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="153421" first="Sydney" last="Baird"] gave her all to try and get Webster County past Tucker County. Although that didn’t happen she led her team with 23 points and showed she was a standout.</span>
<b>Lili Neely - Cameron - 2021 - Guard </b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Lili Neely helped Cameron balance their attack with Van Tassell inside. Neely was a key from behind the arc when the Dragons needed big shots. Neely averaged 13 points heading into the state championship where they would be defeated by Tug Valley.</span>
<b>Ashlynn Van Tassell - Cameron - 2024 - Forward</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">People were wowed by the size of #44 Ashlynn Van Tassell from Cameron. To make it better she’s only a freshman. With her size, she averaged 14 rebounds along with 13.5 points per game. Van Tassell will be one to watch down the road.</span>
