Hi, I am Joe Albright, a passionate scout of the Mountain State. The igniting event in my love for high school girls' basketball had to be the night I witnessed Gilmer County take down reigning eight-time state champion Huntington St. Joe. There were no dunks, it was just pure fundamental basketball. I have been hooked ever since.
