Walton has always fallen into “THE GLUE” group and is one of those players who can change the momentum of a game by either dropping a clutch jumper with a hand in her face, grabbing a rebound and igniting the break, or simply making a defense stop which includes playing the passing lane. Walton has elevated her game and watching her show the pull-up jumper in the set as well as the “stop and pop” spoke volumes for me as she is a large piece of her teams puzzle simply because she can get hers in the flow as well as knock down the big shot in the clutch while being defended. She’s also a long and athletic guard and watching her slice by defenders to attack the basket and score was solid, yet so was her playing the passing lane
