Vivian Franklin Vivian Franklin 5'8" | SG Greenhill School | 2025 State TX -5’7 G (Cedar Ridge)
Franklin is making the move to varsity with ease and why wouldn’t she as I caught her not backing down against seniors heading to the next level when she was in the 7th grade. Her mid to long-range jumper as well as her attacking off the dribble, with either hand, to finish is only one aspect of her game I enjoy, but that pressure on defense is impressive as well
Taylor Barnes-6’0 SF (South Grand Prairie)
Barnes was omitted from The Watchlist because I thought her team was from another place yet she’s showing she’s “from another place” and her scary upside is not going unnoticed as she’ll be added on the update yet she scores off the jumper which she creates under pressure as well as using that same creativity to attack plus she rebounds on both ends
Kenidi Glover Kenidi Glover 6'0" | PF Duncanville | 2025 State TX -6’0 PF (Duncanville)
Glover has impressed me since she was a BABY, I guess in the 6th grade yet let me drop #BEAST on her now, and watching her score in the paint with players literally hanging on her just gives me chills on what’s coming, keep in mind she’s doing this against not only next level but players heading to D1 schools yet her upside is mind-boggling, even for me
Kaylinn Kemp Kaylinn Kemp 5'9" | CG Duncanville | 2025 State TX -5’8 G (Duncanville)
Kemp has me remembering me hearing Kay Kay from afar years ago and I had to see what the commotion was about and it didn’t take me long to realize what I was looking at. Long and athletic will always be the base and she’s dropping home runs from mid to long-range, finishing acrobatically, playing the passing lane, and defending baseline to baseline
Shiloh Kimpson Shiloh Kimpson 5'7" | SG Little Elm | 2025 State TX -5’7 G (Little Elm)
Kimpson will have me making a special road trip to see her and her sister in action together but what I have always liked about Shiloh is her poise as well as the ability to knock down pressure shots yet watching older sister for years, I observed her observing placing her in the “student of the game” category so get ready for her lessons, bring a notebook and pen or an app
Katelynn Evans Katelynn Evans 5'9" | SG Lebanon Trail | 2025 State TX -5’8 G (Lebanon Trail)
Evans isn’t 100% yet but when I call someone a #D1Lock in the 4th grade, I see others or copying what I said btw, I ain’t been wrong yet even though my English may be broken, she’s on the verge of breaking some school records before it’s done because “you won’t outwork” her as I have seen her play all 5 positions, well and when you factor in her size…
Joy Egbuna Joy Egbuna 6'2" | C Mansfield Lakeridge | 2025 State TX -6’2 C
Egbuna brought me Joy as I watched her just control both ends of the court the second time I saw her play. She’s physical and attacks the basket powerfully, those two P words deserve another, PUNISHER as her college-ready body doesn’t shy from contact, giving, or taking and when you factor in her desire as well as upside
Kinsea Logan Kinsea Logan 6'1" | C Mansfield Lakeridge | 2025 State TX -6’1 PF
Logan is about to make a Run as I play on words of an overhyped 45-year-old movie yet I don’t overhype players and the potential she has is definitely appealing to the next level because she’s “long and athletic” remember that is still the base and her timing to block, alter and deflect shots is very nice, so is her attacking and finishing form the wing, not to leave out scoring on putbacks, yes she rebounds on both ends
Milania Jordan Milania Jordan 5'10" | CG Southlake Carroll | 2025 State TX -5’7 CG
Jordan smoothly scores from a variety of ways and watching her being so focused at an early age gave me a glimpse of what was coming and as my eyes are fully opened, she falls into the scorers’ category as she simply finds ways to put the ball in the basket, either mid to long-range, off the dribble or hitting teammates for assists
