Her game continues to elevate the deeper her team gets in tournament play. Of course she is an opponent’s number one option to stop, but somehow she keeps rising to the occasion and they can’t hold her down. She dropped 18 points and grabbed 12 boards as her club went on to take the victory. The way she establishes herself downlow is crazy good. She knows when to strike and uses her size to gain leverage. She doesn’t waste a lot of energy and is always in position to receive the ball or be in the right place for a put back. With her on the floor PCA is always favorable to win game.

For whatever reason, people have forgotten about this anchor in the middle. Left off the BCAT pre-season watch list, this young lady will be looking to inflict pain on the opposition. The Samford commit will control the paint and show everyone why she is a D1 commit. A kid who controls the boards, can finish at the rim, she will be looking to elevate her ballclub towards state contention.

KM looks to deliver a state championship prior to heading off for Samford. This young lady has done nothing except get better each and every year. Commanding the painted area, she has added to her game offensively, becoming a dominant force on the interior. From scoring over either shoulder to being in the right place at the right to to get put-backs, she has become a double-double threat every single time she steps onto the floor. Her game has expanded, so don’t think she is going to park it on the block. No, she is going to exploit the short corner and elbow areas as well to get a bucket. Also, defensively, she is going to make it tough. Rebounds, blocks, she is there to contain and control the inside. Look for her to be an important piece as PCA looks to make a title run.

This young lady will be a nice addition to a solid up-and-coming program. KM has done nothing but get better each year and every. I am talking about adding moves to her bag and becoming an even more dominant post player than the year before. She started off just being a menace on the boards, then it went to the offense running through her. She had mastered the back to the basket drop steps and going over either shoulder. Now, she has a nice jumper and can stretch the floor out as well. Her presence has helped the Lady Lions reach incredible heights her tenure so far. Look for her to have a stellar senior season and be truly dominant this last go around.
