Honestly, Lundquist deserved to be in the rankings earlier. She’s a highly skilled post player that had a big high school season. She really attacks the glass and is active and bouncy under the rim. Lundquist was a double-double machine in points and rebounds last season. She’s primed for another really nice high school season and deserves looks from coaches at the next level.
Moir is a wing with very intriguing upside. She runs the floor well and her movement looks smooth and natural. I’ve been impressed with her defensive discipline. She takes right angles when trapping at half court and in the low corner. Moir has good defensive vision and quick hands.
Collins had a very good grassroots season with MSF Flight and really put her game out there to see for college coaches. She showed versatility in the backcourt, playing effectively both on and off the ball. Collins moved without the ball and showed off a nice looking jumper with 3 point range on it.
Jones-Johnson is a fast twitch high energy type of player. She’s an aggressive defender that can pick up at half court and put a ton of pressure on the ball handler. She can force turnovers and turn them into instant offense. Jones-Johnson has great straight line speed with the ball and will beat the defense back to the other end for easy points.
Highlights
Kelly is a post player that next level programs will want to take a look at. She plays very well off the block, putting her back to the basket and establishing position. Kelly catches the ball strong and can back down her opponents with power. She does a great job turning and finding a body to box out on every shot that goes up.
