AZ Top 250 All Expo 2nd Team

Here are the players that made my All Expo 2nd Team.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>PG: [player_tooltip player_id='205671' first='Nadya' last='Gutierrez'] 5'3" 2024 Ridgeline Academy </strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Gutierrez was one of my top performers at the top 250. She was able to score in a variety of ways and has deep range on her jump shot. A great passer who was able to get teammates involved and held her own on the defensive end guarding some of the best point guards in the state. A big time player.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>SG: [player_tooltip player_id='261664' first='Natalie' last='Scherzer'] 5'7" 2023 Chaparral</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A sharp shooter from behind the three point line who can fill it up in a hurry. I was even more impressed with her ability off the dribble. She was able to get to her sweet spots on the court to get clean looks at the basket. With improvement on the defensive end she could see her stock rise during her senior season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>SF: [player_tooltip player_id='530984' first='Gloria' last='Hines'] 5'10" 2024 Mountain Ridge (In Set)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hines has a silky smooth game and she was able to do her thing with relative ease. She plays with great pace and didn't allow the defense to rush her into bad basketball plays. She can score both inside and outside and her superior length helps her on the defensive end where she was pretty good as well. As her overall game improves the sky is the limit for Hines.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>PF: [player_tooltip player_id='530987' first='Navae' last='Guidry'] 5'10" 2025 Mesquite</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A stretch four with the skill set to play both forward positions. Long and athletic and she plays with poise and discipline on both ends of the floor. She has the ability to get buckets in the half court as well as finish in transition with either hand. Great help side defender and rebounder from her position.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>C: [player_tooltip player_id='412742' first='Kamara' last='Moss'] 6'0" 2025 Mountain Ridge</strong> </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Another strong post player with good hands, very skilled and plays within herself. Played strong on the inside and she has a very nice mid range game in her bag as well. Will be able to play deep into games this season because she is an excellent free throw shooter. Does a lot of things well on the basketball court. If she continues to improve she'll be more of a force in the future.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
