Guidry is as competitive as they come in the state. You know you’re getting top effort every single game. She is an athletic wing who got out in the open court effectively. She absorbs contact very well and her first step is as quick as anyone’s in the state. You could see why she was voted 4A Conference Player of the Year and the 4A Desert Sky Region Player of the Year.

Guidry showed she is one of the best wing scorers in the state. She got pretty much any shot that she wanted to and did it within the flow of the offense. Her body control is what makes her difficult to guard. She played like she is on a mission to get her squad to the championship.

Navae is one of the leading scorers in the state and she plays on one of the best teams in the state. She is a versatile scorer who can get a bucket from all over the court. She also is a very good rebounder for her position. She will make some college coach look very smart.

Guidry should have a breakout spring/summer coming up. She is a versatile forward that can also swing to the backcourt. Her first step is too quick for taller players, and she is too good inside for smaller players. Navae is the type of player that doesn’t need many plays ran for her. She has a good feel for the ball and gets easy buckets within the flow of the game.

Navae is a skilled forward that moves very well without the ball and can pin defenders deep in the paint for easy baskets. Very good athlete that can get out and lead the break in transition. Comes off screens well and can finish through contact.
