Chayla McDaniel
Chayla McDaniel
Chayla McDaniel knocked down her shot well showing some nice long jumpers as she slid into the openings on defense. She even hits those difficult baseline jumpers. She showed a lot of good defense sliding in front of her opponents and always being back on defense to guard someone trying to make a fast break. She can knock it down from beyond the arc, too. She showed good court vision cutting back door for the pass and reverse layup.
Ge’Kayla Goins Ge’Kayla Goins 5’3″ | PG Piedmont Classical | 2025 NC is averaging over 20 points a game scoring on all levels. She can knock down her shot from deep off a pass from her teammate, and she can create her own points grabbing steals to push the other direction for two. She takes advantage of defenders standing straight up by working around them and finishing at the rim. She does it all for her team, too, crashing boards and finding open teammates making sure her team always has a chance for the victory.
Highlights
Amya Graham
Amya Graham
Amya Graham is averaging over 17 points and over 13 rebounds so far this season. She rebounds well on both ends boxing out her opponents with ease to grab rebounds, and these turn into points for her putting it back up through the hoop. As she does with boxing out, she finds ways to create her own space on the block sealing off opponents making herself a big target for the entry pass. Her ability to drive to the hoop and score making a lane for herself is fun to watch.
Abigail Brown Abigail Brown 6’0″ | SF Green Hope | 2025 State NC is averaging over 20 points a game and almost 10 rebounds so far this season. Her height comes in handy on defense blocking shots making it difficult for anyone to score near the paint. She’s versatile on the court being able to play around the perimeter on both ends, too. She can score some midrange jumpers as well even being able to turn and shoot after getting the pass.

Neveah Hines-Bass Neveah Hines-Bass 5’9″ | SF Southern Wayne | 2025 State NC has been doing a nice job scoring off the dribble whether she is driving to the hoop or moving around her defender to put up her jumper. She pushes the tempo in games finding her teammates cutting to the basket on fast breaks. On the other end of the court, she uses her vision to jump into passing lanes and grab steals. These are quickly pushed up the court for some more points as her team continues to stack up wins.
Gabby Bryant
Gabby Bryant
Gabby Bryant came right in the game with high intensity jumping into passing lanes on defense, and she showed off her stroke from deep. She followed shots grabbing rebounds extending plays on the offensive side of the court for her team, and she did the same finding her way underneath to grab offensive rebounds.
Lea Boyens showed off her ability to close out quickly blocking shots from deep. She had her own stroke on the other end even shooting in the face of her opponents. She was tasked with guarding the opponent’s best player for three quarters, and she showed she was up to the task holding a top scorer to four points. She does a nice job showing patience for her lane to open up and drive hard to the hoop.
