This article features some of the players I saw play who consistently contributed on both ends of the court.
Corrie McLaughlin was dominant in the paint using post moves and her length to score, and she didn’t back down from contact embracing it for some trips to the free throw line. She followed shots to grab rebounds. She posted up well on the block using up and under moves and spinning to score points even showing off a nice reverse with her back to the basket. Her IQ was on display doing a nice job attacking her defender knowing she was in foul trouble. She did a nice job finding her teammates cutting to the basket from the free throw line. In their last game, she had back to back blocks in one defensive possession. The second turned into a steal which she was able to catch as the trailer and knock down a three pointer. She’s quick on defense closing out on opponents as they get the ball.
Ivory Galloway was a tough defender being tasked with guarding the opposing team’s top ball handler. She slid in front of her constantly blocking her path making everything difficult. She hustled after loose balls diving on the floor to gain the possession. On offense, she handled the ball well for her team running the offensive sets and moving the ball. She pushed the tempo when it was advantageous making a perfect bounce pass up the court between opponents for her teammate to grab.

Madisyn Jordan continues to show off her ability to shoot from anywhere pulling up off the dribble or shooting off a pass. She did a nice job waiting patiently for the perfect time to send a pass onto the block to a flashing teammate for some points. She has a nice shot fake to get her opponent on their feet and be able to score some points. Her spin move while driving into the paint was effective, too. She followed shots going after rebounds and was able to score points off of offensive rebounds. She pushed the ball up the court with her passes throwing them deep to her teammates flashing to the other end.
Kendahl Spearman was controlling things for her team hustling up the court getting some fast break points and being aggressive on defense. She exploded into passing lanes grabbing steals and scoring on solo fast breaks. She found her open teammates filling the lanes for some fast break points of their own.
