The 5-6 sophomore guard can play both guard positions and showed her elusive quickness when it came to scoring. Adams finished with a game-high 20 points, with 14 of them coming in the second half. Adams scored 8 straight points for Hawthorne at a point in the second half that sparked the win for the Lady Hornets. On the defensive end she was getting deflections that turned into steals on the other end, as well as reading the passing lanes exceptionally well.
At 5’4 her frame doesn’t define the player she brought to the table, the sophomore guard finished with a game-high 25 points including eight straight points for the Lady Wildcats to pull away in their 1A Semifinal win over Graceville. 21 of her 25 points came in the second half with nearly half of them coming off steals which led to layups on the other end.
