Braylee Rogers Braylee Rogers 5'10" | SG Olathe East | 2024 State KS | Guard | Kansas Elite 2024 Zars
Braylee was one of the best athletes at the Wheat State Slam. She’s quick, fast, and is a good leader. She able to show her athleticism with good balance and body control. I loved the way she was able to change speed and direction to keep the defense off balance. She often got into the lane with ease and always looked to make the high IQ play. Braylee can finish in a variety of ways at the rim or make the short jumper.
Sophie Sarratt | Guard | Rainmakers 2024
Sophie is in the class of 2025 and held her own playing up in the 17U division. She put her catch and shoot three-pointer on display and showed she could attack closeouts with her ability to put the ball on the floor. Sophie could finish in traffic over the defense or come to a jump stop and finish off 2 feet on balance. A crafty finisher that doesn’t mind playing through contact.
Lauren Chastain | Guard | Missouri Flight 2024
Lauren was one of the most consistent performers over the weekend. She plays hard, plays within herself, is unselfish, and let’s the game come to her. Skill wise she’s not afraid to attack off the dribble and can play through contact. She has good footwork on her finishes and when she doesn’t have the ball she moves well understanding spacing and how to use cuts.
Libby Fanning Libby Fanning 6'0" | C College Heights | 2025 State MO | Forward | Rainmakers 2024
Libby was really impressive with her skill on the low block. Her footwork, patience, shooting touch, and ability to use both hands made her a tough player to defend on the low post. She showed throughout the weekend that she could catch on the low block and then use her footwork and ball fakes to get the shot that she wanted. Libby had a number of moves on the low block she could go to to score the ball. She also rebounded well, played good low post and help defense, and she gave great effort throughout the game.
Ava Levings Ava Levings 5'5" | PG Liberty North | 2024 State MO | Guard | Flash KC 2024
Ava impressed me with her passion for winning and how hard she played. She gave her best effort from the opening tip until the final buzzer. She excelled on the court because she was able to combine her athleticism with her nice skill set. Ava would use her speed and quickness in the open floor to get by defenders and make plays for herself or a teammate. She finished at the rim a number of times in traffic, through contact, and with either hand. She has a respectable jumper that the defense had to respect from the mid-range out to the three-point line.
