Hunt first caught the eye for how she pushed it in transition and mades heads up passes. Throughout the game her influence grew, as she’s a quick and springy guard with long arms. Which made her an impactful defender on and off the ball. And she’s has some wiggle and burst when attacking offensively. There’s still raw aspects to her game on offense, but the upside is there. Should be a priority for Oklahoma JuCos, because her ceiling appears to be high thanks to her natural athletic gifts and the strong motor she plays with.

Destinee’s Twitter (sorry, never calling it X) profile says that she’s 5’9″, which may or may not be a mistake. I would probably lean toward her being a little taller. If she’s not, then she most definitely plays a lot taller. She has incredibly long arms and legs and really knows how to fill up some space, especially on the defensive end. On the offensive end, she doesn’t take up much at all when she’s sneaking around finding wide open looks for her jump shot… which is also very nice. She works hard on the boards and I have a feeling she’s got a big junior season ahead of her!
