Prep Girls Hoops Lead Scout

NaVaeh Day was a force for Christian County, leading the Lady Colonels with 16.1 points and 10.6 rebounds per game. Her relentless effort on the glass placed her as the 24th leading rebounder in the state. NeVaeh had several standout performances this season, including a 24-point, 18-rebound game against Kenwood (Clarksville, TN), a 22-point, 20-rebound effort vs Todd County Central, and 19 points and 18 rebounds against Graves County. Her leadership and presence in the paint propelled her team to an 8th district title as well as an appearance in the 2nd region semifinals. NaVaeh was named 2nd Region Player of the Year and recognized as a Miss Basketball candidate. She will continue her basketball career at Rend Lake College next season.
