has steadily developed into a versatile forward who brings size, effort, and productivity to Indian Creek. Her ability to impact multiple facets of the game makes her a player coaches love having on the floor.
Oliver contributes as a rebounder, defender, and scorer while consistently doing many of the little things necessary to help teams win. She has shown the ability to operate around the basket while also expanding her skill set away from the paint.
Heading into June, Oliver will likely be counted on as an important leader and contributor for Indian Creek. Her versatility allows her to match up against different styles of opponents and gives her coaching staff flexibility in how she is utilized.
A strong summer could help Oliver continue gaining recognition as one of the more dependable forwards in Indiana’s talented 2027 class.

Indian Creek | 2027 StateIN is a versatile forward who brings energy, physicality, and strong inside-out ability to the game. The Indian Creek standout does a great job finishing around the rim, rebounding, and defending in the paint while also having the skill to step away from the basket offensively. Her ability to impact both the interior and perimeter makes her a valuable matchup piece.
Oliver’s effort level consistently stands out. She runs the floor well, competes hard on the glass, and provides toughness every possession. Defensively, she uses her size and instincts effectively to protect the paint and contest shots. Cedarville is adding a forward who brings versatility, toughness, and a team-first mentality that should translate well to the college level.
In a game where neither team possessed a ton of size, it was the type of game Ellie was able to use her frame and height to get a lot of work done inside the arc. This was as active and physical as I remember seeing her play. I thought earlier in her career, she was trying to be a wing shooter that she went away from using what I thought could be strengths of hers. Now, she looks like she’s doing some of both, with her inside game complementing her outside game very well. She has committed to Cedarville University (OH).
The colleges who like prospects with size, skill, and toughness will surely like Ellie quite a bit, and she still has three seasons left to play. Ellie has broad shoulders, nice strength, and she isn’t afraid to be physical or post inside. At the same time, Ellie is skilled around the perimeter, she can push the ball North/South in transition a little, plus she has some touch around the perimeter. She could be a real matchup problem for Indian Creek opponents the next three years. Look for her to make an impact this Winter.
Ellie is yet another prospect who could see a significant role increase because of the 2024 graduating class departing. She saw some action in 2023-2024, averaging 4.2 points and 2.2 rebounds per game, but I would expect her role and her averages to both expand significantly this season. She has a strong, almost powerful frame now, solid length at her size, plus she is skilled. She can knock down open jumpers, put it on the floor North/South and head straight to the basket, but she can also be physical inside the paint and defend/rebound well.
