Two 50 point games on the year! She has gone for 40+ four times and 30+ eighteen times! We are just now approaching February! Kaleena has proven to be a gifted 3-level scorer throughout her career, but she may be just as gifted in the playmaking department. This bodes well for the next level. Kaleena has the ability to be a one-woman wrecking crew and go on 10-0 runs by herself. Uses her quickness and instincts on the defensive end. Has the handle, shot-making, and facilitating that you rarely see at the high school level.

In what may have been the game of the year, Kaleena delivered a jaw-dropping 50-point performance in a double-overtime thriller against Archbishop Mitty. She started slowly, but it was clear she was determined to impose her will as the game wore on. A steady diet of step-back jumpers, transition finishes, and savvy pick-and-roll manipulation allowed her to find her rhythm as opposing guards struggled to contain her. When her shot wasn’t falling early, defenders sagged off just enough for her to find her rhythm; once they pressed up, she attacked decisively, beating defenders off the bounce and finishing through contact for a series of tough and-1s at the rim. It was a truly special performance—one that is still being talked about long after the final buzzer.

Kaleena continues to show why she’s the top player in the state and the nation with her ability make it look so easy. Casually scoring 20+ while leading her Ontario squad to an undefeated start and #1 overall ranking. Shifty shifty guard with an incredibly high IQ. Makes reads out of the PnR and in traffic at a 4 year level already. Has a complete finish package around the rim + has trust in her floater. Dangerous shooter from 3, doesn’t force but will make you pay if dare go under a screen or give space for a step-back. Potential player of the year.

She’s the number one player in her class for a reason. A complete guard whose work ethic has paid off in a big way, she possesses tools rarely seen at her age. While she’s an elite scorer, it’s her overall floor game that truly sets her apart. She’s never sped up, always in control, and consistently makes the game look easy—not just for herself, but for her teammates as well.

She completely changes the dynamic the moment she steps on the floor, doing whatever her team needs in real time. She can take over a game with her scoring—whether from deep or through a diverse set of finishes at the rim. If defenses take that away, she immediately shifts gears to create opportunities for others. She has become a master of the pick-and-roll, manipulating defenses with poise and patience as she waits for the perfect moment to attack.

Every facet of her game will be on display this season as Ontario Christian pushes to return to the mountaintop.

Kaleena is the top player in the state and continuing to climb the national rankings for good reason. Super shifty guard that can break defenders down and get downhill fluidly on both sides of the basket. Dangerous shooter off the bounce + from well beyond the H.S line. Uses her body well to create space + has a great feet on her step-back. Arguably the best scorer in the state. Already shown 4 year level composure and motor on both ends of the floor. Early leader to keep an eye on for player of the year.

Kaleena is a game-changing PG that led Ontario Christian to a CIF title and #1 national ranking. Individually Kaleena was the CIF Open Division player of the year and 1st team all state. She’s a 3 level scorer that is incredibly hard to keep in front. Super quick with the basketball + stops on a dime to find short jumper. Smooth operator with the basketball, reads the floor well and makes good decisions. 4 year ready shot from 3, can find her shot with little to no space. One of the most creative players around the rim I’ve seen, especially in transition.

Kaleena is a true PG that plays with pace and IQ well above her age. Her ability to get downhill was on full display during the CIF Open Semi Final. She does a phenomenal job being patient coming off screens, and changing speeds to keep defenders off balance. 3 level scorer + has crafty footwork and balance to get to her floater in traffic. Went for 20+ including a HUGE three in the 4th to cut the lead to 2 and give her squad a chance.

Ontario Christian’s standout guard, Smith, has earned her place as one of the most dynamic players in the Southern Section this season. Known for her all-around game, Smith has been the driving force behind her team’s success, leading them to a strong postseason run. Averaging over 23 points per game, she’s proven time and time again that she can light up the scoreboard. But what truly sets her apart is her playmaking ability—Smith ranks 13th in the nation for assists, and her court vision has been instrumental in creating opportunities for her teammates. In the last two games alone, she registered 23 assists, showcasing her ability to elevate her team when it matters most. Smith’s blend of scoring and facilitating makes her an undeniable X-factor, one that has helped propel Ontario Christian to the top of the section and set them up for continued success in the postseason.

Another day at the office with a very loud 21 points and 10 assists against the 7th ranked team in the nation. Kaleena continues to evolve and refine her game. The ball handling is even more shifty. She is an even better playmaker (10 double-digit assist games on the year). Almost 5 steals per game against elite comp. More scoring help this year means the huge scoring numbers aren’t as necessary as they once were. Yet and still, her shot-making ability with the plethora of crossovers/stepbacks to break a game open is one of one. Kaleena also makes her teammates better, which makes Ontario Christian unbeatable.

Kaleena showed why she has the #1 PG rank, and is one of the top 2027 players period. Lighting quick in transition, crafty finisher and very unselfish with the basketball. Will knock down the three if you lose her, or go under any screens. Understands the importance of getting her bigs involved early, and can already lead a team.
