Blanchard was unreal against Jude Memorial as they played some zone and she was a zone buster hitting 3 after 3. She was getting to some really good spots and she was ready to shoot and it was nice to see. Her driving has improved and she is abe to be a multi-facet player.

Blanchard has been playing at a high level. She is a player that can really turn the defense up with her quickness and ability to pick up full-court. She can get paint touches like crazy, almost any time she takes the ball of the bounce. Her shooting has improved but like we said before her defense is key for her to get up the rankings.

Blanchard has been doing a lot of the little things that might not get recorded on the state sheet, for one she is attacking defenders on bad closeouts and getting paint touches. She is making plays and breaking down the defense and allowing others to benefit from her heady play. She has been hitting from deep here and there and her ability to make open shots has helped her team as a whole this summer.

Blanchard was a big time scorer off the bench as she was went crazy from deep and she also made some solid moves to the rim. Blanchard was able to get her feet set to get off a few long perimeter shots. In one game she hit 4 from deep coming off the bench. She had a great showing at the GWC.

Blanchard packs a punch with that quickness. She is a downhill player that has speed and if she knows where she is going she can get to her spots. Her handle has improved through the years and she sees the floor well. A very willing passer that cana lso step out and shoot the ball. Look for her to really improve this Spring/Summer as well.
