There are some very good small-school programs that are primed for success this season. South Shelby has had the top spots in recent years and they are looking to reload this season. She has strong inside game and she can also operate on the perimeter. She is also a state champion in track and field in the shot put and discus.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='302787' first='Sydney' last='Compton'] (Palmyra): A 5'10" 2025 forward who returns after earning All-Conference honors as a sophomore. She is an excellent player from the high post area as she can pass the ball, make a nice dribble move or raise up and hit the jumper.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='424746' first='Belle' last='Roush'] (South Shelby): A 5'9" 2025 forward who was a starter on a Class 3 state-runner up team as a freshman in 2022 and an All-Conference player last season. She is a skilled wing player who can shoot it well from 3-point range.
