2025 Sleepers/New Names To Know

She wasn't a very big piece for this Ogden team last season but will be their player they will rely on the most this season so we are excited to see how she handles the spotlight. She has good size at the wing and is an absolute catch and shoot threat. She is chippy on defense and will do whatever her coach/team needs her to do to win. She needs to be able to show she can get to the basket and get to spots in the mid range, if she can put that together with her size and skill set on the perimeter she will be an overall offensive threat. Izzy is a bruiser. Hard nosed, chip on her shoulder type of player. Not afraid of taking a charge, diving on the floor, take bumps on the cutter on offense and defense. Alongside all the toughness she has a solid offensive skill set, she can shoot the 3 really well off the catch and is solid putting her head down and getting to the rim. If we can see her prove she can break defenders down and get to her spots especially in the mid range she will be an overall outstanding 2 way player. She is a great rebounder for a guard and gets her hands on tips and deflections leading to steals. She is a key piece for this lone peak team and will play a big role in tight games. She has had a solid opportunity the last 2 seasons but this season will be her 3rd as a starter and with a more developed and mature roster this Brighton offense should open right up with opportunity for Lucy to have some big impact games.
