She has turned out to be a solid prospect that will go on to play at the next level. For one, she is a heady ball player who makes the right plays. Defensively, she is going to sit down and guard, stay in between rim and her player, get a few steals throughout the game, and rebound the basketball. On offense, she can attack the rim, but if she is left with any type of time on the perimeter, she splashes it in with confidence. She has been battle-tested, trained up, and is one hungry individual who is impactful with her guard play. Solid kid who will contribute right away at UT Southern.

Tough kid who can fill it up. She can pull it from the arc, or get down hill and finish in the paint. She just plays the game hard, leaving nothing to chance, and giving it all she has. This kid had a great travel ball season and has been steady, even keel, each season she has played in the high school ranks. Emma is no stranger to the bottom of the net, as scoring is her specialty. She forms a nice 1-2 punch with her and Blair, but Emma herself has some shiftiness to her game. Look for her to come out with that same energy and momentum she had this summer and be a leading catalyst for this squad. She is solid on both ends of the floor and plays with a chip on her shoulder. An overlooked prospect who has a solid game.

Bryant’s role is to take what the defense gives her according to how they are guarding Blair Baugus Blair Baugus 6'0" | PF Wayne Co. | 2025 State TN , and she does this extremely well. She’s turned into a high level shooter that also comfortable attacking gaps or closeouts off the bounce. She’s a willing and active defender that always plays with great effort.

It was nice to watch Bryant play against Oak Ridge as she always seemed to have an above average defender on her. Bryant’s not a super athlete, but instead used a great combination of hesitations, changes in speed and direction to get the rim. She showed off her ability to score at all 3 levels, and overall looked really impressive coming off a nice spring with Team Brandan Wright .

The Wayne County guard is currently ranked #54 according to us at PGH….and she’s proving us wrong. Great job kid!

She’s looked fantastic summer, and is a legitimate three level scorer. She’s deadly from three, and can be both a catch and shoot threat or, if you don’t respect her off the dribble and allow her to find some rhythm, she’s beginning to knock that down too. She’s looked comfortable and confident attacking the rim, and is making all the right “rim reads” once she gets into the paint. She had a great spring with Team Brandan Wright , and her evolution as a ball player is apparent this summer.
