She got them going offensively in their league matchup with Coquille on Wednesday, 1/3, finishing with 13 points, and prior to that, she had a huge double-double against Scappoose with 14 points and 12 rebounds. On a Sutherlin team with so many weapons, Huntley has been asserting herself as one of the best players on the #3 team in 3A through both her skills as a scorer as well as her relentless rebounding efforts. One of her greatest assets is that she is not afraid to get physical, whether she's getting position on offense, boxing out hard, or playing tough defense, and she is also incredibly quick to get out and run in transition.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["502354"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"With a big win over Springfield on Wednesday, 1/3, Harms and Willamette are primed to finish their preseason off with a huge home game against Clackamas tonight (1/5) at 6:45pm. Harms has the kind of athleticism that makes it seem not even fair sometimes when watching her play. At 6'0 and with incredible length, she can play down low with the best of them, yet she has speed (including an insane first step) and handles that most guards would die to have and has a beautiful outside shot. In other words, she is a nightmare matchup for most. A few of her big performances this season include 24 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 steals versus Crescent Valley; a 28-point, 4-rebound, 3-steal outing against Wilsonville; and 21 points u002du002d including three 3-pointers u002du002d in the huge win over Benson.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["832569"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"Only a sophomore, Donaldson has been continuously showing why she is one of the best players in the state. The leading scorer in all of the RedHawks' games, Donaldson has helped lead them to a 7-2 start to the season and the #2 ranking in the state at the 5A level. She puts up impressive numbers on a nightly basis particularly through her scoring and rebounding efforts that result in double-doubles practically every time she steps on the floor. Some typical numbers for her include 25 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 steals against North Eugene; 27 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists against Wilsonville; or the incredible 23-point, 18-rebound, 2-steal performance she had the other night versus Central to start off conference play. Her rebounding instincts and ability to get in position are uncanny, and offensively, there really isn't anything Donaldson can't do, from knocking down three 3's in a game to driving right past defenders from the perimeter to going to work under the hoop.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_3_player_details_player_name":"[player_tooltip player_id='834151' first='Anna' last='Sandstrom']","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_3_player_details_graduating_class":"2024","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_3_player_details_height":"5'9u0022","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_3_player_details_position":"12124","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_3_player_details_school":"Beaverton","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_3_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_3_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_3_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_3_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Sandstrom is the type of sharpshooting forward that forces opposing teams to stretch the floor to guard her. She always catches ready as a shooter and has an incredibly quick release so she can get it off with even just a little bit of space. Sandstrom is also a very smart player which is particularly evident by her crafty play in the back of the Beavers' zone press where she will pick up big steals for them with her anticipation. She is extremely consistent for her Beaverton squad, putting up numbers like 10 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 5 steals against Lincoln; 12 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal versus West Salem (including three made 3's); and 10 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal in the game against Oregon City. As they head into Metro League play, Sandstrom's ability to produce will be a huge factor in Beaverton's success.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_4_player_details_player_name":"[player_tooltip player_id='834153' first='Addie' last='Ruckwardt']","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_4_player_details_graduating_class":"2024","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_4_player_details_height":"null","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_4_player_details_position":"12124","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_4_player_details_school":"Marist Catholic","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_4_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_4_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_4_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_4_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='834153' first='Addie' last='Ruckwardt'] is another fabulous forward who has been having inspired performances as of late. In the Spartans' game against Thurston, Ruckwardt led the way scoring 24 of her team's 40 points en route to a big W, and this performance along with her 18 points against Creswell that week and 14 rebounds between the two games earned her honors for The Register Guard's Athlete of the Week on December 28. Ruckwardt has been the primary leading scorer for Marist thus far this season in addition to bringing down a lion's share of the boards. The senior has led her squad through a challenging preseason during which they have played roughly half of the top-10 teams in 4A that will likely see them well-prepared for league play. Ruckwardt will be a major key in the Spartans' success as the season continues.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-659873344f6a0"} /-->
